Introducing Oline.io — A new blockchain-based project aims toreinvent the World Wide Web experience by placing people’s privacy as our top priority, thus offering a more secure, non-trackable, without malware and ad free Internet.
Today, Internet plays an important role in our daily life. According to Internet World Statistics, there are 4,156,932,140 Internet users all over the world in Decemeber 31, 2017. And the world population was estimated at 7.6 billion people in May 2018. So, it points out that more than half of world population using internet. As a result of this giant number, there are thousands of industries born to make the Internet economy. One of them is Digital Marketing, which makes websites are full of ads, this give us an unfriendly and irritating browsing experience. But it’s not all, many ads have hidden malware, scammy ads or mining scripts which can attack your devices and stole your information, assets, bank and Credit Card information, or use your hardware to mine cryptocurrency. Although that there are many ads block extensions but actually they can’t work well and ads still can bypass these extensions.

  • Who use laptop, PC, Notebook can install Online.io extension into their web browser (Chrome, Firefox…etc, all major browsers will be supported), this extension contains the ad blocker, tracking script blocker, anti-malware as well as a web wallet. This extension also has a voting system which allow users to rate on all websites, not just the ones using Online.io’s solution.
  • Mobile users can install Online.io application which act as a wallet, ad blocker, tracking script blocker, antimalware.
Not only benefits end users, Online.io also benefits web operators, Online.io products help web operators to increase quality of webpages, improve loadtime and bandwidth, web operators can also earn new and untamed financial revenues.
To make the products, extensions work properly, and ensure that there is no fraud, Online.io use Blockchain technology and smart contracts to build and run their project, and build up an ecosystem for end user and web operators. So, Online.io holds an ICO to issue its own OIO and ICE tokens. The purpose of the OIO tokens is to bootstrap the development of Online.io platform. The OIO tokens will also function as a proof of stake and generate ICE Tokens, which are in turn mined based on the time spent by end users on websites that implemented the OIO solution. A fixed number of ICE tokens will be generated every week, which will be distributed both to website operators (that have OIO solution) and to OIO token holders who keep their tokens on a special wallet.

  • Online Ethereum token (OIO). OIO Tokens are the key element in the ecosystem. The web operators will be required to stake OIO Tokens in order to use our technology and mine ICE tokens. (through Proof-of-Stake and Proof-of-Online algorithms).
  • ICE Ethereum token (ICE). The purpose of the ICE coin is to be used for micropayments and daily use.
